App connected to Ogangis Messangi Campaign Manager. The app allows the receipt of rich notifications and location related updates such as:
* GeoFence: when entering or exiting the proximity of a preset location;
* GeoPush: notifications delivered only when in the proximity of a preset location;
* iBeacons: Notifications delivered only when in the proximity of a preset iBeacon;

Continued use of GPS running in the background can dramatically decrease battery life.
